Poem 2: The Dolphin

The Dolphin

What is a dolphin?
It’s tail, tearing through crashing waves
Its eyes, are as warm as sunlight
Its body, moves swiftly as light
Its snout, poking in every nook and cranny
At night - its senses flair
In the day - its like a bullet
When jumping up, its a graceful dancer
Like a playful child, joy swims with it.
